Claims

Real Life Kitchen and it’s shippers carefully package all orders prior to delivery. However, mishandling by the freight carrier can result in damage during shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damage while the order is in their possession. Therefore, all claims for damage or postage should be immediately reported to the freight carrier, as the responsibility of Real Life Kitchen ceases once the order has left our warehouse. Real Life Kitchen strongly encourages our customers to inspect any packages that appear damaged upon arrival so the freight carrier can be notified at time of delivery.

Orders

We prefer to receive most orders through our website. However, we also accept orders by telephone or text at ? or by sending us a message. All orders must include name of person placing order, contact phone number, product name, quantities, and shipping preference. Every effort is made to ship orders within two (2) business days, although some orders may take longer during busy seasons or in case of a product backorder.

Payment

Real Life Kitchen accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Check, Cash or Barter.

Returns & Credits

If you need to return a product for any reason, you must contact us by telephone BEFORE returning merchandise. You will be issued an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns without an RGA number may be refused. Real Life Kitchen will consider the return of any product for credit, provided it is unused, in original packaging, not damaged, and returned with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. Allow at least 30 days to process merchandise returns. All credits will be applied toward future purchases unless alternate arrangements have been approved by Real Life Kitchen. All returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise authorized by Real Life Kitchen.

Service & Support

All product warranty and service related issues must be directed through Real Life Kitchen.

The buyer herby expressly assumes all risk associated with the misuse of our products. Real Life Kitchen will not accept responsibility for personal injury arising from the inproper use of products sold by Real Life Kitchen.

These objects may not be copied for commercial use or distribution. The Real Life Kitchen logo is a registered trademark of Real Life Kitchen. Other brand names mentioned herein are for identification purposes only and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

All product information, graphics and specifications are based upon current information at the time of publication approval. Although descriptions are believed correct, complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Real Life Kitchen reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice or obligation, in prices, offers, specifications, and materials, and to change or discontinue products.

Shipping

Some of the products we offer are free shipping, while others require additional shipping charges. As a general rule, we do not ship products outside of the Continental USA! All shipping prices shown on Real Life Kitchen website are for CONUS rates only. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are considered OUTSIDE of the CONUS and additional shipping rates will apply if shipping can be done at all. Any order requiring truck freight service is subject to the current handling fee from the shipping company if sent to a non-commercial address. Real Life Kitchen is not obligated to honor verbal shipping quotes. Shipping will be taxed if you are shipping within the state of Kansas. If a shipping quote is required, a written request must be faxed to Real Life Kitchen before or during the order process. Any order with an incorrect shipping address will be subject to re-direction fees.

Tax

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state’s department of revenue website. Real Life Kitchen COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Kansas. Real Life Kitchen DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Real Life Kitchen is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states. FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:

Payment

Pre-Payment is required before orders can be released for shipping. If collection action becomes necessary, any and all applicable legal fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Real Life Kitchen also accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Check, Cash or Barter.
